On Friday March 19, 2010 TFS and TMS transitioned to a consolidated TalentLink (applicant tracking) database with TEMA. The consolidation to one recruiting system allows all North American Toyota affiliates to collaborate more effectively. The consolidation will have the following impact: Associates: All TFS/ TMS associates will need to create a new TalentLink profile via ToyotaVision or TVDriveThru (not via the external careers site). The new TalentLink profile will allow you to apply for future positions. Refer to the TalentLink FAQ’s document for additional information. Hiring managers: Updated usernames and passwords were emailed to Hiring Managers on March 19, 2010. The log in details can be used to view candidates that have applied to your open positions. Contingent Workers: Please create TalentLink profiles and apply for positions via our external career site only (Toyota.com/jobs). Do not apply for positions via ToyotaVision.
