Profile Updates – Formatting Guide 
When updating profiles, certain characters are not recognized in Travel Vision.  These additional characters could cause errors when submitting to purchase trips and inhibit profile information from being added to your reservations such as frequent traveler numbers, email addresses and billing numbers.   

• Credit cards must not contain spaces, dashes (-), slashes (/), Credit card expirations should be MM/YY  ex.12/09

• Phone number must have dashes only - no spaces, slashes (/) ex.  859-746-4000 if adding an extension number, you will use a space 859-746-4000 2345

• Frequent traveler numbers should not contain spaces, TBA , NONE or # signs in front of them – Incorrect way #12 3456 789 ~ Correct way 123456789
